How can I place an order?
- Select your preferred product and add it to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your name, email address, and shipping details.
- Apply any valid discount code and select an available payment method.
- Review your order and shipping address, then complete your purchase.
After your order is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. For assistance, contact service@kelunavo.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you cannot find it, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it is still missing, email our support team.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order information. Changes can only be requested before your order enters the processing stage. Once it has been processed or prepared for shipment, modifications may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests may be submitted before your order enters the processing stage. Once fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. To request cancellation, email service@kelunavo.com as soon as possible.
How do I manage items in my shopping cart?
Add items: Select a product and add it to your cart.
Review items: Open your cart to check your selections.
Update quantities: Adjust quantities before checkout.
Remove items: Remove any products you no longer wish to purchase.
